MUSIC

I started writing music when not even fear could contain the melodies any longer.

Songwriting has always been an ecstatic act — a surrendering to life flowing through me, out through the hands, the throat, the heart.

I can’t think of anything I’d rather do than move bodies and hearts with my art.

For me, it’s not a side-project. It’s the pulse of my existence. It’s my religion.

My live performances and recordings act as portals of remembrance; odes to the mystery, to the demons and the fire within, and to the beauty of life on earth, combining traditional and electronic elements with honest storytelling. Recordings have been brought to life in a remote studio in the wilderness of the Australian bush, in a cottage at the tip of New Zealand, deep in the jungles of Bali, and tucked in the wild landscapes of the north of Ireland. Rooted in the seasons and the shifting weather of the inner world, my sound carries the imprint of a decade-long spiritual odyssey across the globe, with the textures of lovers, learnings, visions & nature’s rhythms leaving their traces in song.

I moonlight as a lead member of Tau & The Drones of Praise, an Irish shamanic psychedelic rock band influenced by the myths & rhythms of Éirú.

My debut solo album released in 2025 as a series of singles.

Here’s the thing: music has brought me to myself, brought me to my knees, kept me from idleness, kept me from and lead me to the brink of insanity, danced me, drowned me, nurtured and comforted me. It’s taught me more about surrender and gratitude than anything else. It’s given me a reason to wake up excited for each new day.
